-JB designs are dainty and delicate and can be fragile.  Handle with care when removing tape from the back of the card. 

-14k Gold Filled items: This is the best option if you don't want 14k solid gold, but still want excellent quality.  It has a thicker layer of solid gold over a base metal and is much more durable than gold plating. It has a longer-lasting finish compared to plating. Since this is not 14k solid gold, slight dulling can be noticeable after heavy wear and constant exposure to sprays, perfumes, etc, but not as quickly as plated.  To clean, use a mild jewelry cleaner.

-14k Gold Dipped:  Heavy gold plating (.5-1%) over a base.  All JBD jewelry uses a 925 sterling silver base.  This ensures higher quality than plating over brass, and is hypoallergenic.   It's perfect for those with sensitive skin.  Gold dipped is a little more expensive and better quality than traditional gold plated jewelry.  To extend the life of this jewelry, remove before swimming, showering and exercising.  Keep away from lotions and sprays.  

-Gold Plated: This is the least expensive option, which allows for more affordable styles.  It is a thin layer of gold applied to the surface of a base metal such as brass or copper.  It will "turn" if exposed to water, lotions, sprays, perfumes, etc.  and should be removed before showering, swimming or exercising.   Store in a cool, dry place.  If tarnished, try cleaning with a mix of lemon juice and baking soda or a mild jewelry cleaner. Rinse quickly and dry immediately.

-Stainless Steel:  This is an exceptionally durable option and does not easily tarnish.  It can withstand everyday wear and exposure to moisture without losing its shine!  It's hypo allergenic and water resistant- and better yet, an affordable option for great quality!   Easily cleans with mild soap and water.  

Our gold bead bracelets are made using 2.5, 3, 4 and 5mm size beads.  

Curious about our approach to determining bracelet sizes? 

Typically, bracelets made using the 2.5- 3mm beads have a shorter length of 6.75".  This is because their smaller diameter exerts less pressure on the wrist compared to larger beads!  The larger the bead, the less amount of room in the bracelet for your wrist, so we make it 7" (the average size).  If you want the bracelet made smaller than what is in the description, please leave it in the notes at check out!  We will make sure to get it exactly how you want it. 

All orders will be packed and shipped from Dallas in 4-5 business days upon credit card authorization.  We ship Mon-Friday.  Orders placed after 2pm CST on Friday or the weekends, will be processed the following Monday.

To return or exchange your purchase, please email jeny@jenybakerdesigns.com within 15 days of purchase or delivery.  Items must be in original and unworn condition to be eligible. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt of the package and the original order amount will be refunded, minus the shipping.  Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

Items below can only be returned for exchange or store credit:

*any item that is described on the website and/or social media as a discounted or on "sale" for a lower price
