-14k Gold Dipped: Heavy gold plating (.5-1%) over a base of sterling silver. It's a little more expensive and better quality than traditional gold plated jewelry. It is hypoallergenic and is perfect for those with sensitive skin. To extend the life of this jewelry, remove before swimming, showering and exercising. Keep away from lotions and sprays.
-Gold Plated: This is the least expensive option, therefore it will "turn" if not taken care of properly. Store in an airtight place, and remove before getting wet or sweaty. Keep away from lotions and sprays.
