-14k gold filled items: Worry-free wear!  Waterproof, sweatproof and sleep proof!  If a slight dulling is noticeable, a simple silver polishing cloth should make it look as good as new!  

-Gold plated designs will "turn" over time if not taken care of properly.  

-Remove before exercising, swimming, showering and sleeping.  After time, all of these activities will cause the gold to tarnish.  

-Remember that lotions, hairspray and perfume can cause a change in the appearance and some tarnishing.
